Etox Electric Sports Car Heralds From Turkey

Etox, Turkey’s first sports car, is set to have an electric version in the coming months according to the manufacturer’s interview with Anadolu Agency this week. Ercan Malkoc, owner of Erteks Auto Decoration, says the car has an economical advantage in addition to being an environmentally friendly version of the original, stating that the Etox’s battery can be charged for $10 dollars and drive for nearly 155 miles.

The original, non-electric version of the car was released in 2007, and boosts a top speed of 115 mph using a 4-cylinder system. The electric prototype’s specifications have yet to be released, and will probably stay that way until the car is completed over the next three months. Provided the Turkish government can lend necessary assistance, the auto-maker claims large-scale production of the electric Etox could start within one year of the prototype’s debut.

How to Draw a Dump Truck

A dump truck is a specialized truck used to dump materials ranging from mud, rocks, sand to garbage. Equipped with a hinged bed and hydraulically operated, a dump truck empties the contents of its tray on the ground without any manual labor. It is an indispensable part of any construction work site. In the United Kingdom and Australia, a dump truck is referred to as tipper lorry and tip truck.

Drawing a Dump Truck: We are considering a profile view with the front of the truck facing towards the left.
Outline: Draw a slightly angled horizontal line according to the dimensions of the truck you are drawing. Longer the truck, the longer will be the line.

• Engine: Draw a small square above the horizontal line for the front portion of the truck.
• Cab/Body: Form a tall rectangle, touching the right side of the square. This will depict the driver's seating area and the door.
• Dump tray/Bed: Draw a horizontal line over the head of the cab. Extend it further with a vertical line running along the back of the cab, finally meeting the base horizontal line. Draw a long rectangular box for the dumping tray.
• Tires
• Front: Erase the lower right corner of the square made for the engine and draw an arc or 'C' shaped line to accommodate the tires. Sketch a circle for the tire. Draw another two closely spaced smaller circles inside the bigger one. Form a semi-circle for the right front tire.
• Rear: Draw two rounds at the rear end of the dumping tray. Place two more closely spaced smaller circles within the bigger one.
Enhancements:
• Grill: Draw a square with rounded edges. Place closely spaced horizontal lines.
• Bumper: Right below the grill, draw a broad rectangle for the front bumper. It should be slightly angled, since it's a side profile we are drawing. Extend the bumper by forming another rectangle that will end just before the arc above the front tires.
• Fenders: Fenders frame the front wheels of a vehicle. Therefore, right above the arc of the front tire, draw another arc. Give it some dimension.
• Headlights: A dump truck has four lights. Draw two square shapes next to the fender and another two on the front bumper.
• Windshield: Draw a large rectangular shape.
• Side Window: Draw a square shape for the pillion's window.
• Door: Below the side window, sketch a square with a small black rectangle for its doorknob.
• Step: Give the truck a step right below the door. Draw a rectangle with rounded edges and attach it to the cab using a straight line.
• Side Mirrors: Form two long rectangles on the either side of the windshield and attach it to the cab using two 'L' shaped lines.
• Wheel Hubs: Draw a small oval in the centre of the wheel and attach it to the tire using two curved lines on each side.
• Dumping Tray: Sketch a three dimensional rectangular bed over the head of the cab. Ensure this is attached to the dumping tray so that it looks like a rectangle with a protruding lift lid. You can also give the tray a pattern - draw thick vertical or zigzag lines.
• Gas Tank: Give it a gas tank at the base, right at the starting section of the dumping tray.
• Inner Tires: A dump truck has huge wide tires. Add additional curves to bring out the magnanimity of the tires.
• Mud Flaps: At the end of the rear tires, draw a rectangle almost touching the base of the dumping tray. Draw a few vertical lines on it.

1968 Chevy Trucks Modifications

The '68 is part of the second generation of C/K trucks, built between 1967 and 1972. Aside from a different grill treatment, the GMC C/K is the same model. The Chevrolet and GMC Suburban is a wagon version of the C/K, and aside from the body is mechanically identical. 1968 models were the only year to have side marker reflectors on all fenders and the early sloped-front hood.

The "C" model features two-wheel drive while the "K" model features four-wheel drive. The 10, 20, and 30 after the letter designation signifies 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, and 1 ton models, respectively. Chrysler Big Block Motors For Muscle Car Mods and Modifications

Whenever it comes to upgrading or replacing engines for those who want maximum power it seems it is always the bigger the more powerful, the better. So it goes with Chrysler motors especially when it comes to the vintage retro "Muscle Cars" of the 1960's and 1970's.
The "B" and "RB" series can be said to be the "Big Boys" or the "Big Blocks".
The basic designs of the "B" as well as the "RB" series of power plants are essentially the similar if not the same.

This means to a reasonably experienced automotive person with automotive repair skills, that a "RB" series engine can be installed in place of an "R" and vice verso. Take note that if an RB block is wider and taller than its cousin or sister.


If an RB block replaces a previous B block under the hood the mechanic in charge may well find that he or she will have to proceed with additional modifications to accommodate the increased size and girth of the newer replacement engine block. What of the "RB" blocks? "RB" engine blocks share many similarities with the "R" series but they are not exactly identical, although more than similar. The main bearing journal diameters are the same as the "R"s. However you can count on this grouping of motors being overall larger than those of the "B" set. It is often noted that the cylinder bore diameters themselves are different among the different displacement engine varieties (413,426 and that of the massive 440) and that generally the smaller displacement in real life motoring on American roads and highways do not have a thick enough bore sleeve to accommodate the strain and work to be over-bored to accept pistons from the next larger displacement version. It can be said, for good effort and results, that you can count on the majority, if not the entire groupings, of the "RB" engines to have the same reliable, durable and racetrack proven two-bolt main bearings caps setup.
